CUKTECHE ships power banks, chargers, and related accessories from our fulfillment partners. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are targets, not guarantees. Carriers may delay shipments during peak seasons or customs review.

Power banks and other lithium battery products may be subject to transport rules. We only ship items that are cleared for the destination you select at checkout.

Processing

In-stock orders are typically handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking when the label is created.

Duties and taxes

International orders may incur duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country. Those charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Lost or damaged parcels: write to support@cukteche.com with your order number and tracking so we can open a carrier claim or reship where appropriate.
