Refund and Return Policy

This policy applies to CUKTECHE power banks, chargers, charging stations, car chargers, and accessories purchased from cukteche.com.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, contact us at support@cukteche.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

Eligible returns

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise total. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.

Opened items that work as specified are not eligible for return for change of mind. Consumables, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the product. Inspection usually takes 3–7 business days after the return arrives.

For a manufacturer defect covered by warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion based on the product and the remaining warranty period.
